Brightmetrics is a leading provider of SaaS-based reporting and analytics services for Call Centers.
We are seeking an experienced software developer with Call Center business context. If you understand how call centers work (terminology, work flow, etc) and you have experience in .Net and SQL then we should definitely talk.
We are seeking a key developer to work with our team and move our product forward. Not only in depth (adding additional features, etc) but in breadth as well (migrating to additional platforms as well as additional business functions for our customers).
A portion of this position is also to be a tier 3 escalation point for support issues that involve in-depth analysis of our code and methodologies.
This position will report directly to our CTO.
Today, Brightmetrics service works with the ShoreTel/Mitel phone system and Contact Center but we are set to rapidly expand the systems we support. Experience with the ShoreTel/Mitel Call Center solutions is helpful but not mandatory.
A solid understanding of the business context of a Call Center is important (terminology, work flow, etc) as that drives what we do on a daily basis.
If you will be working remotely, you should have experience doing that and know that you are happy and productive in that role.
